With more than 30 years of expertise in development, Mandy has dedicated her career to fostering innovation, forging strategic alliances, and championing key issues such as human rights, gender equality, accountability, migration, and social justice on a global scale.

Mandy has addressed the US House of Representatives three times and frequently participates in the World Economic Forum, using these influential platforms to shed light on pressing global issues affecting women, children, and refugees. Notably, she has recently provided support to refugees from Ukraine, Sudan, Syria, and Iraq, and collaborated with a group of women activists to help evacuate 398 Afghan refugees.
Her commitment extends to assisting victims of human trafficking and partnering with the UK government on intricate modern slavery cases. Mandy has played a significant role in addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable adults and forced marriages, contributing to the development of guidelines on disability and honor-based violence for the Forced Marriages Unit.
